Casa do Cerro lies in the shelter of a hill and has open views to the south, the valley and the ocean.
The villa is located on a dead-end road alongside a nature zone.

The house is floor - heated and air conditioners are provided when required. There is also a wireless internet connection, WiFi. There are several sheltered terraces around the villa, even for those windy days.
A large laundry room with washing machine and ironing board is also available. Housekeeping will be done 2 times a week. There are ample sheets and towels provided.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.

During the winter months, the house can also be rented as 2 separate apartments with own entrances and private terraces.
Casa do Cerro has 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is newly refurbished in 2008 into a wheelchair accessible villa. We also provide care and nursing on an hourly basis.
There is ample parking space for 4 vehicles.

Casa do Cerro has a specious garden with a typical Portuguese barbeque with dining area. The pool and garden benefit from sunshine all day.
The saltwater pool has a easy access with grab bars and there is a special pool hoist.

The house is a 2 storey building. The first floor is also easily accessible by wheelchair via a ramp.
The first floor has a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD and stereo. There is also free internet access. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern equipment.
There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and one bathroom with adapted facilities. A adjustable electric bed with a mattras to aide pressure relief.
There is a Mobil hoist and a shower chair for free use.
There is a roll in shower, heightened toilets and grab rails. There is a full size mirror for easy viewing. Doors are 90 cm wide and there are no floor doorstops.

There is a large covered shopping mall with catering facilities. And not to forget, the colorful gipsy market and the fresh fish and vegetable market.
You can visit the center of Albufeira or in your wheelchair to the beach where the beach restaurant you can eat a snack. On the beach there is the possibility of a custom beach chair the water to go.
At 2 km distance from the villa you will find a sheltered beach. There are 3 parkingplots for disabled persons. There is an oblique path to reach the beach or the restaurant. In the restaurant you will find a wheelchair toilet. In that beachrestaurant you can eat a little snack, p.e. grilled fresh fish or just have a drink. There is a possibilty to go into the water with a special wheelchair.
